Do I customize the shirt?
- No, every piece is pre-designed, and customization is limited to sizing and measurements. However, if you are interested in a fully custom shirt, you may schedule a complimentary consultation by contacting us at zarellics@gmail.com.
Are all shirts tailored?
- No, only the shirts that say "Tailored for You" are custom tailored. All other items are offered in standard sizing.

When do I enter my measurements?
- If your shirt is custom tailored, you will enter your measurements before checking out. You will be guided step by step.
What if i've never measured mysef before?
- Our guide is simple, and beginner friendly. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to reach out.
Do I need someone else to help me measure?
- It is easier to measure with help from someone else, but you can also do it alone in a mirror.

How long does shipping take?
- All items take 1-2 weeks to ship to you. However, if your shirt is tailored, it takes an extra 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Where are the shirts made?
- Not every item is the same, the product description will tell you where it is manufactured.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is free in the United States, and rates are shown at checkout for the rest of the world.

Can I return a tailored shirt?
- Because it is tailored to you specifically, we take issues case by case. If you have an issue with a product, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Can I return non-tailored items?
- Yes, you can return non-tailored items. If the item is undamaged, you will recieve a full refund except for shipping costs.
How long is the return window?
- You can return items withinn 14 days of recieving it.
