About Zarelli

Founder Story
Giovanni Impellizzeri grew up surrounded by the quiet pride of Italian-American craftmanship. His family immigrated from Castellammare Del Golfo, a costal town in Sicily known for its tradition, work-ethic, and devotion to quality. After arriving in the United States, first in Long Island New York, than eventually Pittsburgh, the Impellizzeri family carried those values with them: attention to detail, pride in presentation, and a belief that how you show up in the world matters.
As Giovanni got older, he noticed something missing in modern menswear. Clothing had become mass-produced, generic, and impersonal. Nothing felt truly made for the individual. He wanted to create something different. Something intentional.
Zarelli was born from that idea.
A return to garments made with care, not shortcuts.
A shirt that fits the way it should.
A piece that blends Italian heritage with modern American simplicity.
Every Zarelli shirt is designed in-house and tailored to your measurements, one at a time. It's a continuation of the values Giovanni grew up with. Craftsmanship, precision, and quiet confidence.
Zarelli isn't just a brand.
It's a continuation of a family story. One that began in Sicily, grew in New York, and now lives in Pittsburgh through a new generation.
